With over seventeen years of experience in business and commercial leadership, I have spent much of my career at the management and executive level. I’m passionate about leading vision and strategy planning, driving change, project management, and commercial strategy execution, all while integrating coaching into every aspect of my work. Most recently, I served as Global CEO and now proudly sit on the Board of Directors at Development Beyond Learning, an award-winning and forward-thinking Learning & Development specialist provider.
My experience spans leading small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across UK, EMEA, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. In these purpose-driven organisations, I’ve learned to embrace volatility and complexity to achieve strategic objectives and overarching goals. My leadership journey hasn’t always been easy. However, reflecting on these experiences, I recognise the importance of embracing the fear of failure, remaining curious, and adopting a growth mindset of continuous learning.
Executive coaching was instrumental in my success, as was adopting a human-centered leadership approach - demonstrating humility, empathy, and vulnerability to my team, especially when I needed their support. This approach fostered a company culture that empowered both myself and my teams to overcome challenges, perform at our best, and advance our careers. I passionately believe that to optimise business success, it starts with investing in your most important asset - you and your people.
As an energetic, curious, and vulnerable leader, I founded ExecuStrive, driven by the belief that we can learn through experience and continually strive for executive excellence. My passion now lies in supporting leaders to develop themselves and their worlds through executive and business coaching. I focus on helping executives and leaders build resilience, enhance strategic decision making, and foster dynamic leadership styles that can navigate and adapt to change.
I’m frequently invited to speak to business leaders and organisations worldwide on human-centered themes that shape the future of the workforce. Recent presentations include "Driving Purpose Through Ikigai" and "The Trust Crisis," delivered at a LEAD executive conference hosted by Stanford Graduate School of Business.
A strong advocate of lifelong learning, I’m an alum of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business online global executive program (Stanford LEAD), where I earned a certificate in Corporate Innovation. I’m now honoured to be part of the teaching team as a Course Facilitator and Coach for the popular global executive courses "Building Power to Lead" and "Power of Story."
